Our hassle-free financing makes it simple to invest in upgrades that deliver real results. You can use funds for painting, flooring, landscaping, moving, and more—all with no impact on your credit. Interest only accrues if funds are used, and there’s zero cost if you don’t use them. Plus, repayment is easily handled through escrow. Whether you prefer to work with my trusted vendors or have me manage the entire process for you, I’ll ensure everything runs smoothly and stress-free.

Windermere Ready advances can be used for a variety of home improvements, including landscaping, painting, floor refinishing, carpet replacement, decluttering, window washing, deep cleaning, fixture repairs or updates, cosmetic touch-ups, punch list repairs, moving, storage, marketing and professional staging. It can even be used to temporary housing if your home closes prior to a new space being available for you.

You’re in control. I can recommend trusted local providers and help coordinate services if needed, but you decide what work gets done and who you want to hire.

The maximum Windermere Ready advance is $50,000. The total financing-to-value—including all debt secured by your home—cannot exceed 75% of your home’s current fair market value. The home’s value also has to be less than $4million.

Our hassle-free financing can defer home sale expenses until closing and can be repaid through escrow.

Borrowers pay third-party fees (such as those for credit report, notary, courier, etc.), all of which are wrapped into the financing and a one-time fee of $499 if the funds are used. A 1% interest rate per month applies only to the funds used. And Windermere Ready Financing doesn’t impact your credit! Remember, interest only accrues once you start using the money, not once you have been approved.
