Real Estate. ReDefined.

Above & Beyond

Real estate isn’t just about buying or selling a home — it’s about building a future, creating connections, and finding your community. I consider the trust my clients place in me an incredible privilege and approach every transaction with integrity, clarity, and dedication. My goal is to guide you confidently through each step of the process with transparency and care.

My experience as a teacher at Eastside Catholic High School and as Chair of the Hamlin Robinson School Board shaped my belief in partnership, clear communication, and thoughtful decision-making — values that now guide my real estate practice. My work in development for both Hamlin Robinson and Seattle Academy further honed my advocacy and negotiation skills, which I draw on every day to champion my clients’ interests.

A Passion for Seattle

I LOVE Seattle and it has been my chosen home for over 25 years, and my deep knowledge of its vibrant neighborhoods is a true asset. Whether you’re buying your first home, relocating, or making a lifestyle change, I’ll listen closely, communicate clearly, and go the extra mile to ensure a smooth experience.

Outside of work, I love exploring everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer — hiking with my dog, skiing at Crystal Mountain with my kids, or discovering new restaurants, music, and theatre around Seattle. From the mountains to the city, this region inspires me daily — and I’m honored to help others call it home.

The Power of a Trusted Brand

For more than 50 years, Windermere has built its reputation on a foundation of integrity, professionalism, and genuine care for the communities we serve. What began as a single office in Seattle has grown into one of the largest and most respected real estate brands in the country—driven by our belief that real estate is about people first, and properties second.

At Windermere, we believe everyone deserves a place to call home. That belief fuels our ongoing commitment to make home ownership more accessible and equitable for all. We’re focused on four key areas where we know we can make a meaningful difference: Community, Home Ownership, Leadership, and Culture. Together, these pillars guide our efforts to create lasting change—both within our company and throughout the real estate industry.

From fostering inclusive communities and supporting BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) homeownership, to cultivating diverse leadership and a culture of belonging, we are taking active steps to ensure our values are reflected in everything we do. This is a journey of growth, accountability, and impact—and we’re committed to sharing our progress every step of the way.

“What is home? My favorite definition is "a safe place," a place where one is free from attack, a place where one experiences secure relationships and affirmation. It's a place where people share and understand each other.”

Changing Lives, One Home at a Time

We began with a simple idea: to give every Windermere agent the opportunity to make a meaningful difference. Because housing is at the heart of what we do, helping families in need—especially those experiencing homelessness—felt like a natural extension of our work. Over time, our mission has grown to include supporting low-income families, with a special focus on helping children thrive.

For the past 36 years, a portion of every Windermere agent’s commission has gone directly to the Windermere Foundation. With 100% participation, this collective effort unites us under a shared purpose and sends a powerful message about our deep commitment to the communities we serve.
